Sh. Dr. Hilal AlShidhani, is our partner in Oman. He is a PhD holder in Strategic Management of Institutional Relationship with Stakeholders, and brings a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Omani society ways of thinking and dealing with organisational strategies.

For over 20 years, Hilal has been involved in a direct relationship with the public, either through the positions he held in Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) or through the projects he ran for the Supreme Council for Planning (SCP) and the Council of Education (COE) in managing the communications of the three main national symposiums: The SME Symposium in Saih Alshamikhat, the Social Policies Symposium organised by the SCP, and the National Educational Symposium run by the COE

Worked as an Advisor for Strategic Affairs and Societal Relations in SCP, in addition to a Board of Trustees member and Deputy Chairman for the Academic Committee for Alsharqiya University as well as Chair of Board of Directors for one of the most Active Omani NGO’s, Oman Hereditary Blood Disorders Association, provides him with a comprehensive view of the different sectors of the Omani formation

Just beyond the borders, he participated as a keynote speaker in different Arab conferences in the area of strategic management of higher education, and his “Quadruple Helix” model for institutional relation with the stakeholders which was part of his PhD, reflect a vivid understanding of the overarching formation of national frameworks that organisations operate within.

Hilal is based in Muscat.
